Who Are We?The modern workplace was not designed for the full range of human thinking. The Idaho Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce was created to bridge this gap. We exist to help organizations rethink how they attract, support, and optimize talent—while creating pathways for neurodivergent professionals to thrive without burnout.
